Job descriptionTroubleshooting experience in a variety of brands off compute, storage and network hardware including Cisco, Juniper etc Good communication skills to work with multiple 3rd party vendors Experience working with data center, Co-Lo providers shipping and remote hands services – specifically CISCO products Ability to handle multiple tickets at one time, while being able to re-prioritize new incoming high priority tickets Knowledge of TCP / IP networking and common networking terms Knowledge of network cabling, optic types Travel on need basis – for supporting the data center HW / SW related upgrades & issues Skillset Required : Japanese JLPT N1, Cisco, Juniper , data center, TCP / IP , hardware
