Job Duties

Drive Project Excellence Across Rakuten Mobile

Deliver complex, cross-functional projects / programs with internal and external teams.

Continuously monitor project execution, identify and address recurring issues, and define solutions for optimal delivery.

Ensure adherence to Rakuten's Project Management Methodology through high-quality project artifacts.

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.

Provide regular status updates, address escalations, maintain RAID logs, and manage project risks.

Facilitate efficient vendor communication across various time zones.

Minimum Qualifications

Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence'

Ablity to communicate in Japanese and English

Preferred Qualifications

3 years of experience managing projects and reporting to senior management

Experience working on Telecom Radio access or Core projects

Languages :

English (Overall - 4 - Fluent)
