  • Lead and manage the Single-Use Division TSS team to achieve or exceed sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share in the bioproduction segment.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, addressing their needs and challenges with single-use technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the biopharmaceutical industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, field application scientist, and customer experience, to ensure alignment and successful execution of business strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and technical documents to customers and internal teams.
  • Provide training and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their technical knowledge and sales skills.
  • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote Thermo Fisher’s single-use solutions.
  • Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in technical sales or business development within the biopharmaceutical industry, with a focus on single-use technologies.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong technical knowledge of single-use systems and their applications in bioproduction.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and social skills.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a strong sales team.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
  • Preferred Qualifications :
  • Experience working in a global organization with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English.
