Position Name : Solution Architect SCM Tokyo Job

Annual Salary : 8million and above

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solution Architect – SCM with a strong background in SAP S / 4HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, 3PL integration, and preferably, experience or exposure to the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities :

Lead the design and implementation of SCM solutions in SAP S / 4HANA, tailored to business needs.

Manage and optimize the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process within the SAP landscape.

Define architecture and oversee the integration with 3PL partners.

Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.

Provide functional and technical guidance across project lifecycle phases – blueprint, build, test, deploy, and support.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and SAP best practices, especially for clients in the pharma domain.

Leverage exposure to pharma operations and logistics to enhance solution quality and relevance.

Solution Architect SCM T okyo Job Qualification :

10+ years of experience in SAP SCM, including SAP S / 4HANA.

Deep understanding and hands-on exposure to Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

Proven exposure to 3PL integration, shipping, and logistics processes.

Experience or exposure to pharma / life sciences industry is highly desirable.

Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Nice to Have :

Prior participation or exposure to Pharma Expo or similar industry events.

SAP certifications in relevant SCM or S / 4HANA modules.

Japanese Languages : Japanese (JLPT N2 ) business level and business level English
