Sales Activities (Existing and New Clients)

  • Regular follow-up and relationship enhancement with existing clients, including building material trading companies, distributors, manufacturers, and house builders.
  • Development and implementation of strategies for acquiring new clients.
  • Identification of client needs and proposal of appropriate products.
  • Building strong relationships through client visits and online meetings.
  • Coordination of delivery schedules and collaboration with the logistics department.

Product Proposals and Technical Support

  • Providing product explanations and technical support to clients.
  • Collaborating with the technical and development departments to resolve various issues.
  • Quotation and Contract-Related Tasks

  • Responding to client inquiries and preparing quotations.
  • Verifying contract details and supporting contract finalization.
  • Negotiating prices and adjusting delivery schedules.
  • Market Information and Competitor Analysis

  • Collecting and analyzing market trends and competitor information.
  • Gathering information on new products and technological trends.
  • Internal reporting and reviewing or adjusting sales strategies.
  • Reporting and Data Management

  • Preparing daily and monthly reports and reporting to superiors.
  • Analyzing sales performance data and proposing improvements.
  • Other Duties

  • Participating in exhibitions and seminars and handling client interactions.
  • Enhancing product knowledge through internal training and self-study.
  • 3年以上
  • B2B営業経験があり、商社やメーカー、ビルダーとの取引経験があること
  • ITスキル: Microsoft Office(Excel、Word、PowerPoint)や社内システムの操作スキル
  • Experience :

  • Over 3 years of sales experience in the construction industry.
  • Sales experience and knowledge of construction sealants, adhesives, and polyurethane foam-related products are highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including building material trading companies, distributors, manufacturers, and house builders.
  • B2B sales experience, including handling transactions with trading companies, manufacturers, and builders.
  • Experience in new client acquisition and business development is desirable.
  • Experience in preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and managing projects.
  • Skills :

  • Sales and Negotiation Skills : Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to achieve sales targets.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Understanding : Ability to quickly grasp product specifications and technical information and provide appropriate explanations and support.
  • Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to respond swiftly to client issues and propose suitable solutions.
  • Analytical Skills : Capability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor information to formulate effective strategies.
  • Time Management Skills : Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Team Collaboration Skills : Strong ability to collaborate with various internal departments, including technical and logistics teams.
  • IT Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internal systems operation.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Valid driver licence
  • Reading and Writing Japanese capabilities
  • Business level English fluency is preferrable
  • Industrial knowledge in adhesives or construction is preferrable.
