About the Role

Swift provides a range of business and technical and other supporting infrastructure consultancy services across Swift’s customer base. The Senior Financial Services Industry Consultant operates in a medium to complex business and technical environment. The Senior Financial Services Industry Consultant is responsible to support and deliver technical and / or business consulting services. These consultancy engagements aim at helping our customers to ready themselves against product and context changes, to improve their operational efficiency, reduce costs and mitigate operational risks.

This role will have the daily management of projects of various complexities in a customer-facing setup, as well as engagement with internal stakeholders such as the Business Development, Product and other Professional Services teams.

What to expect :

• Project Management
• Manage projects of various complexities and risk (medium to large size), ensuring effectiveness in meeting customer's needs, and deliver the project's expected outcomes
• Assist the internal teams to prepare proposals either based on standardised proposals or customised for more complex offerings.
• Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery within agreed functionality, quality, cost, and performance standards
• Monitor, maintain and report to project team, customers, internal stakeholders on the project status on a continuous basis and for the duration of the project
• Manage project risks (security, resources, budget, quality) and escalating issues to senior management when appropriate
• Work with partners and third parties to deliver a project in a prime contractor or subcontractor role (where work is subcontracted to a third party)
• Make sure the project stays on track by pro-actively controlling actual status of cost, schedule, quality, and resources versus plans and by taking corrective action if necessary.
