Senior Consultant

We are looking for a Senior C onsultant, Academia and Government to join our consulting team in Japan. The Consultant is a critical member of project teams, providing analytical insight, leadership and creativity to client engagements, business development efforts and internal initiatives. Consultants work alongside senior members of the team to define engagements, build work plans, manage projects and develop deliverables with robust, valuable recommendations and credible communications that are vital to ensuring our clients achieve success and to be their reliable partner.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments :

• Master’s degree or equivalent, relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing / consulting role for the government sector or a project management role in a national project.
• Excellent communication facing customers, experiences in proposal writing and report writing with attention to detail.
• Project management experience with multi-national members involved.
• Ability to work under ambiguous and complex circumstances.
• Enjoy challenging projects and implement new ideas.
• Comfortable and adaptable / flexible to the fast-paced working environment with time restraints.
• Native level Japanese and fluent level English (speaking, listening, writing, and reading).
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
