The Role

Financial Planning＆Analysis部門は、キンドリル・ジャパンの財務計画の策定と実行、予算の管理、財務分析、経営陣への報告などを担当しています。具体的には、以下のような業務が含まれます：

FP＆A部門はグローバルなメンバーと協力しながら、以下のような専門的な業務も行っています：

Develops, interprets and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control. Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. Performs economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impacts of governmental requirements.

Who You Are

• 3年以上の経験
• SAP）の知見
• 2級以上
• At least 3 years' experience in an accounting or finance related role in a business enterprise
• Experience in budgeting and performance management
• Analytical skills, planning skills and financial modelling experience
• English : intermediate level of English language skills
• Able to understand daily email exchanges and meetings with overseas teams
• Knowledge of accounting systems (SAP)
