Event Design Assistant

If so, we're looking for you to work for this world-famous luxury perfumes and cosmetics company.

As a Retail  Event Design Assistant , you'll work with the team to plan, create and install eye-catching displays for a variety of events, including POP-UP, MEGA, and HPP events.

Enjoy traveling around Japan to the retail stores while managing a variety of responsibilities as you  supervise  the installation!

You'll be responsible for making 3D images, drawings, or make them with supplier companies.

You'll discuss and negotiate the production with production companies while managing the local production and controlling supplier and vender progress and quality.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO QUALIFY?

• 3 or more years of site supervisor experience (window, event, pop ups, production, installation)
• Able to supervise setup on site and travelling to other cities / setting up overnight)
• Able to secure and manage quality and safety of designs / visuals / acrylic items
• Time and cost management skills
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Computer skills (essential : illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Nice to have computer skills (Vector Works / CAD, SketchUp / 3D)
