Position Purpose
HSP contributes to the co-creation of value for patients and society by providing professional educational or scientific content to HCPs with high level of expertise in assigned disease areas.Improve medical access based on each brand plan Provide educational programs and address medical issues through scientific information provision activitiesMeet customer’s needs and insights by leveraging HSP’s high level of expertise Engage in Demand Generation (information provision activities accompanied by prescription requests) to enhance the customer experienceResponsibility
Strategic activities based on brand plans
Support improvement of patient outcomes by providing information based on deep scientific expertiseAccelerate medical access through educational and scientific information provision regarding disease awareness, diagnosis, treatment, and insurance reimbursementDevelop and implement plans to solve medical issues based on brand plans, tailored to each areaPromote role collaboration to solve area-specific issuesProvision of educational programs
Plan and execute Pfizer’s speaker programs, providing educational and scientific contents through Dr to Dr channelsPromote collaboration with opinion leaders, medical association, HCPs, or other experts to carry out the above activitiesCommunicate with academic societies for Pfizer’s external funding (such as sponsorships)Enhancement of customer experience
Support improvement of patient outcomes through information provision activities utilizing proactive and reactive materials with high scientific expertiseTake responsibility for the outcomes in the assigned area by providing high-quality informationInformation provision activities with prescription requests

Experience and Background
