Job Title : Phlebotomist Location :   Kadena , Okinawa 9040200 Japan Duties : Login / order patient lab tests Issue collection kits Perform phlebotomy of patients Perform sample processing which includes : Centrifugation .

Pouring off of samples into shipping tubes.

Plating microbiology samples.

Preparing sample shipments.

Perform / review waived clinical laboratory testing in accordance with established operating instructions (OI), ensuring reporting of accurate results within established turnaround time.

Maintain records of work accomplished, time expended, and prepare / review reports as required.

Qualification : Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).

Phlebotomy Certification or Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Certificate through a nationally accredited agency.
