Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales of Yen Rates products, with a focus on JGB and swaps
  • Build and manage client relationships across Japanese and global financial institutions
  • Deliver product expertise and market insights to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with trading and structuring teams to align product offerings
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, risk factors, and regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience : Minimum 5 years of Yen Rates sales experience in an investment bank based in Japan
  • Strong track record of covering financial institutions and delivering solutions in apetitive environment

    • Language Requirements

  • Japanese : Native-level fluency (written and spoken)
  • English : Intermediate to business-level proficiency

    • Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of JGB and interest rate swap markets
  • Strongmunication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global team environment
