Yen Rates Sales - Lead JGB and Swaps Coverage in Tokyo

Responsibilities

Lead the sales of Yen Rates products, with a focus on JGB and swaps
Build and manage client relationships across Japanese and global financial institutions
Deliver product expertise and market insights to clients and internal stakeholders
Collaborate closely with trading and structuring teams to align product offerings
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, risk factors, and regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience : Minimum 5 years of Yen Rates sales experience in an investment bank based in Japan

Strong track record of covering financial institutions and delivering solutions in apetitive environment

Language Requirements

Japanese : Native-level fluency (written and spoken)

English : Intermediate to business-level proficiency

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Solid understanding of JGB and interest rate swap markets

Strongmunication and relationship management skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global team environment
