As one of the rare candidates who can handle English-language contracts, you will be able to enhance your expertise not only in the Compliance Department, but also from a company-wide perspective by providing advice to other related departments.

In addition to the market business, which often deals with English-language contracts, the number of DX-related cases is increasing, and you will be able to gain practical experience in new approaches.

Responsibilities

Check English-language contracts, check advertising regulations and proofreading of English-language content, and provide advice on dealing with customers in English.

Provide advice from a compliance perspective in response to inquiries from the business promotion department and perform various checks (mainly related to markets, risk management, and FX)

Compliance training (based on annual plan)

Monitoring of transactions related to FX operations.
