職務内容の詳細Perform frequent visits to stores for follow up on sales associates` productivity and provide coaching to the staff Work closely with the Retail Managers, Store Managers, and the Merchandising team to promote company products and service effectively Monitor Mystery Shopping results and drive follow up actions based on the results
As Retail Trainer , you will participate in developing and maintaining the highest possible level of service experience and product knowledge.
You will oversee our vision in regards to retail excellence to all stores.
Your responsibilities are to execute effective selling training and product training partnering with the Retail team and Merchandising team with the support from HQ.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Task #1 is Training
- Execute training sessions to the sales associates using various methods that will engage all staff
- Collect feedback from stores and management regarding training sessions and make improvements as needed
Task #2 is Follow up
