Duties & Requirements

Under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Events Management and Events Manager, the Events Executive handles and manages all aspects of planning and coordination for confirmed groups and events in all market segments.

Duries :

• Planning and Coordination :  Work directly with the organizers on their event programs and to provide professional advice on the food menu and audio visual and floral arrangements to facilitate and assist on their planning.
• Group Management :  Monitor room block reduction and cut off time and distributes guest and event most updated information to the relevant parties in the hotel.
• Administration : Ensure full compliance with Delhi standards and procedures to maintain up to date business activities and event information.
