Security Specialist

As a Security Specialist for this international luxury goods retailer, you will be responsible for the different aspects of Security including :

• Controlling / Monitoring the security aspects of stores, country headquarters, warehouse, workshops
• Monitoring implementation and control of the number of agents, the costs of the security companies, checking and standardization of instructions and of tasks
• Invitations to tender : follow up and financial analysis of services requiring people (security, maintenance, transporting money, security cameras) and technical services (video, intrusion, access control, safes, mechanical protections, anti-theft systems)
• Cost control & optimization
• Implementation and development of terms of requirements and drafting of contracts
• Security audits, loss prevention, reduction of stock shortfalls and the parallel market
• Participation in crisis management / BCP
• Follow up site visits with insurance agents as regards security and fire safety
• Development of connections with the authorities : Fire Dept., Police, Customs
• including communication with police, to properly disclose personal information like purchase histories
• Technological and regulatory surveillance
• Events : organization and monitoring of security at events, exhibitions, conventions, seminars, and staff sales
• Jewelry : monitoring of procedures, transfers, transportation, and exhibition of pieces
• Training sessions on Store Manager security, safety, stock shortfalls, jewelry
• Information protection & confidentiality (company’s confidential matters, new products information, client information, social media account policy)
