As an Intellectual Property Business Analyst , you will play a critical role in shaping how our clients measure, communicate, and optimize the value of their IP assets. You will collaborate closely with the IP department to design robust performance frameworks, support IPO preparations, and integrate IP strategy into broader business and digital transformation initiatives. Your work will have a direct impact on executive decision-making and investor confidence.
Your missions
Collaborate with the IP department to analyze current workflows, challenges, and strategic objectives.
Design and implement KPIs that effectively measure the IP department’s contribution to business value and innovation.
Benchmark and validate KPIs for reliability and transparency, ensuring alignment with best practices in the IP and R&D domains.
Develop communication frameworks and documentation to present IP performance to executives, investors, and external stakeholders.
Advise on aligning IP operations with broader digital transformation and IT strategies.
Support IPO readiness by preparing investor-facing materials and performance metrics related to IP assets.
Provide change management and training support to facilitate adoption of new KPI systems.
Monitor trends in IP management, digital strategy, and IPO compliance to ensure continuous improvement and relevance.
Your profile
Proven experience in business analysis, performance management, or KPI design, ideally within IP, innovation, or R&D environments.
Solid knowledge of intellectual property domains : patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
Experience supporting IPO readiness and / or preparing IP-related investor communications is a strong asset.
Familiarity with digital transformation and aligning IT frameworks with strategic business goals.
Excellent analytical and project management capabilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; confident presenting to executive leadership and investors.
Proficiency with relevant software tools such as IP management platforms and data analytics solutions.
Academic background : Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Intellectual Property, or a related field.
You demonstrate a proactive mindset, a strong attention to detail, and an ability to bridge business and technical conversations.
