Cloud Support team’s mission?

Snowflakeのパッションと技術力を駆使して、お客様にSnowflakeを最大限かつ最適に活用頂くために、世界トップクラスのテクニカルサポートを行っております。

Responsibility as a Support Engineer :

Snowflakeの顧客へのメール、ウェブ、電話でのサポート。

Snowflakeの環境、コネクタ、サードパーティのパートナーソフトウェア、ツールを活用して問題を調査する。

General requirements :

AWS、 Microsoft Azure、 もしくは Google Cloud platforms のいずれかの経験はプラスですが、必須ではありません

Application ＆ Security チーム :

SnowflakeアプリケーションのUIに関連するお客様の問題に焦点を当てます。

TCP / IP、HTTP / HTTPS、DNS、ロードバランサー、プロキシ、ファイアウォールなどのプロトコルに関する経験

Oauth、SSL、SSH、SSO、SAML、Active Directoryのいずれかの経験
