Our client is a fast-growing manufacturing company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Manage and lead sales activities.
Ensure sales KPIs as assigned by the company.
Develop target markets; conduct business in target markets.
Materialize quotations / contracts based on drawings or customer’s requirements and negotiate contracts.
Coordinate with partners and internal departments when implementing projects.
Advise the Board of Directors / General Director on sales and business development activities.
Requirements
Established network with general contractors and project owners in the fields of factory construction, warehouse facilities, infrastructure, residential housing, sports complexes, etc.
Experience with structural products.
Retired professionals or individuals currently holding positions of Sales Manager or higher at trading corporations, structural product manufacturers, or general contractors in Japan.
English proficiency is an advantage.
Decisive and sharp in handling work. High integrity, a strong sense of responsibility, and the courage to think, act, and take accountability for work.
