About the role

What you will do

  • Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Hotel’s Restaurant Department to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met. / カルチャーおよびサービススタンダードを確実に満たすよう、ホテルのレストラン部門の全従業員の選別、研修、評価、指導、動機付け、コーチ、および監督管理を行う。

  • Assist Department Head to complete / meet PWT goal. / PWT目標を完 / 達成するよう、デパートメントヘッドをサポートする。
  • Implement new benchmark standard training and assist Department Head to meet yearly goal. / 新たなベンチマークスタンダード研修を実施し、年次目標の達成に向け、デパートメントヘッドをサポートする。
  • Ensure all menus in the Restaurant are clean and updated. / レストランのメニュー全てが清潔で最新のものであるよう徹底する。
  • Assist team and DH to assist department goal. / 部署の目標達成に向け、チーム、デパートメントヘッドをサポートする。
  • Assist with set-up and cleaning of operational areas. / オペレーションエリアのセットアップおよび清掃のサポートをする。
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by Outlet Manager. / その他、アウトレットマネージャーが指示する業務を行う。
  • Ensure PCI compliance are implemented. / PCI(Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard)コンプライアンスの実施を徹底する。

What you bring

  • Require a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks. / 重要な職務、タスクの全てを達成するため、柔軟なスケジュールが必要とされる。
  • Require a working technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and Four Seasons Internal Controls, Policies and Procedures as they relates to Cashiering.   • Schedule & Hours :

  • 40 working hours per week.
  • 10 days off every month except February (9 days)
