Job Summary

Project Manager – Top Insurrance Company

We are looking for Project Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for leading and contributing towards digitalization projects with the most innovative technology.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage end-to-end projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with data, IT, and business teams to gather requirements, define scope, and establish project timelines.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives, to ensure clear communication and project updates.
  • dentify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage and execute projects effectively.
  • Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of project deliverables through diligent monitoring and oversight.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Project Management Expertise Minimum of 5+ years of experience in end-to-end project management.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Fluency in Japanese (N2 level or above) and strong English-speaking capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both local and international stakeholders.
  • Experience working closely with data, IT, and business teams to ensure project success.
  • Comfortable managing the day-to-day coordination between technical and non-technical departments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience interacting with C-level executives.
  • Ability to effectively convey project updates, risks, and milestones to senior leadership and stakeholders.
