WORKING HOURS : 10 : 00-19 : 00 from Monday to Friday (8 working hours / day, 1-hour break)

SALARY : ¥4,000,000 – ¥8,000,000 depending on experience + performance-based bonuses and / or commission

START : ASAP

LOCATION : Tokyo (Currently hybrid working, subject to change)

Global Research Manager Main Responsibilities :

  • Define requirements for various research projects from clients (mainly international)
  • Conduct industry and role-based research and shortlist suitable expert candidates
  • Screen experts to confirm relevant experience and insight
  • Refine proposal lists and collaborate with the development team to improve operations and UX

    • Global Research Manager Ideal Candidate :

  • Over 1 year of client-facing or internal stakeholder communication experience
  • Business level Japanese and English is mandatory
  • Strong multitasking and project management skills
  • Experience working toward weekly / monthly targets
  • Sales or customer success experience is highly desirable
  • Experience in operations optimization is a plus
  • Multilingual skills (Chinese, Thai, Spanish, etc.) are advantageous
