WORKING HOURS : 10 : 00-19 : 00 from Monday to Friday (8 working hours / day, 1-hour break)

SALARY : ¥4,000,000 – ¥8,000,000 depending on experience + performance-based bonuses and / or commission

START : ASAP

LOCATION : Tokyo (Currently hybrid working, subject to change)

Global Research Manager Main Responsibilities :

Define requirements for various research projects from clients (mainly international)

Conduct industry and role-based research and shortlist suitable expert candidates

Screen experts to confirm relevant experience and insight

Refine proposal lists and collaborate with the development team to improve operations and UX

Global Research Manager Ideal Candidate :

Over 1 year of client-facing or internal stakeholder communication experience

Business level Japanese and English is mandatory

Strong multitasking and project management skills

Experience working toward weekly / monthly targets

Sales or customer success experience is highly desirable

Experience in operations optimization is a plus

Multilingual skills (Chinese, Thai, Spanish, etc.) are advantageous
