General Staff JPY302,100 ～

Supervisor JPY362,500 ～

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Tokyo, we are seeking a Concierge to achieve the company’s objectives and create a memorable guest experience.

  • Work for a highly prestigious hotel in Concierge team.

Key Accountabilities

  • Deliver exceptional guest service in line with the Peninsula guidelines and standards to maintain a smooth relationship between management and guests as well as to anticipate and preclude dissatisfaction.
  • Handle guest enquiries regarding the city, attractions, events, restaurants, transportation and etc.
  • Assist guests on reservations and transportation arrangements.
  • Coordinate guest feedback and ensure good services recovery.

    • General Requirements

  • Business level in written and spoken English and Japanese.
  • Possess resourceful knowledge of available city activities, i.e. theatre, arts, special exhibitions, concerts, shows, sporting events, leisure activities, sightseeing tours, etc.
