  • We're looking for someone based in the region of Osaka or Tokyo

THIS EXCITING CHALLENGE IS WAITING FOR YOU

  • Responsibility for the Japanese domestic IBDs
  • Build up and coordinate all domestic DT Swiss dealers
  • Increase and evaluate dealer network ensuring strong brand and product presence in the domestic market
  • Build / maintain a good relationship through regular visit
  • Secure proper product training and Analysis of the respective sales area and provision of advice to the distribution partner
  • Involve / Coordinate dealers into marketing activities
  • Relationship management with the different stakeholders on the side of our dealer partners (buyers, sales representatives, communication and marketing staff as well as the general manager / CEO)
  • Feedback on important ASM functionalities, new distribution approaches, new market entrants, competitor behaviour and demonstration of potential market opportunities
  • Annual sales target planning with DT Swiss Asia
  • Forecast of expected sales for domestic market in regards of relevant product categories and models together with the sales team
  • Track sales performance throughout the year and analyze to identify sales opportunities
  • Report sales numbers to Head of Sales
  • Supporting additional marketing activities
  • Support local marketing event in case
  • Website proofreading
  • THESE CHARACTERISTICS DISTINGUISH YOU

  • College degree and above
  • Well-grounded practical experience in the bicycle industry
  • Well noted Japanese domestic bicycle / components market
  • Experienced in MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word) ; VBA programming is a plus
  • Fluent in Japanese, English basic level
  • Based in Japan with a high flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Quick comprehension and good joined-up thinking
  • Distinctive conception and coordination skills
  • Passionate about the cycling industry and its products
