Your Role
As a Digital Solutions Consultant, you will be a key player in our Global Digital Solutions Team, providing expert consulting across Global Accounts and selected National and Business Unit Sales Accounts. In this role, you’ll advise clients and sales teams on digital solutions, enhance customer retention, and drive new business opportunities. This role requires both technological insight and a customer-centric approach to help shape and implement digital strategies across our organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Consult customers and KN Account Teams on digital solutions including RFI & RFQ, as well as QBR and other customer touch points.
- Responsible for training to sales Colleagues from all Sales Channel.
- Responsible for project management in line with digital solutions methodologies, and provide digital solutions support to projects of the supply chain Design Team.
- Execute handover from Consult to Implement in line with processes agreed between business units.
- Identify upselling opportunities, positioning digital solutions as unique value propositions.
- Responsible for feedback and solution development, collaborating with DSM, IT and the Business Units Sea Air and Road on solution development, and creating awareness of latest technological advancements applied by competitors and supply chain intelligence providers.
- Identifying and implementing efficiencies within digital solutions, and ensuring ease of doing business for internal stakeholders.
- Implement global digital solutions policies and strategies within the designated area.
