職務内容の詳細Minimum 15 years of experience in Investment Banking (IBD) in Japan Proven track record in cross-border M&A advisory and ECM execution Deep understanding of capital markets, regulatory frameworks, and deal structuring in Japan Strong executive presence and relationship management skills Leadership capabilities with strategic andmercial acumen Japanese : Native-level fluency (spoken and written) English : Business-level proficiency Prior leadership experience within global investment banks Experience in managing high-value transactions across multiple jurisdictions Strong network among institutional investors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities Industry-leadingpensation and performance bonuses Opportunity to lead strategic initiatives for the Japan market Work in a globally connected, high-performance environment Access to top-tier clients and global deal flow Executive role with high autonomy and impact on the firm's growth
Responsibilities
- Lead the IBD and Capital Markets business strategy across Japan
- Manage client relationships and originate cross-border M&A and ECM transactions

- Partner with global offices to align Japan operations with international priorities
- Represent the firm in regulatory, board-level, and strategic client engagements
