LVMH Watch & Jewelry : Customer Service Logistics - Watch Polisher

Mission :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Watch Polisher to be based at our Workshop in LVMH Watch & Jewelry Japan, reporting directly to the Workshop Manager. As Watch Polisher, you will be responsible for meticulously restoring the aesthetic appeal of various timepieces through the application of polishing techniques including buffing with all compounds, lapping, satin finishing, sandblasting, hand polishing, ultrasonic and steam cleaning. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a steady hand, and a passion for enhancing the beauty of high-quality watches.

LVMH Watch & Jewelry Japanでの時計Workshopにて、細部にまでこだわりを追求する時計研磨士(Watch Polisher)の業務です。ウォッチポリッシャーとして、あらゆるコンパウンドによるバフ研磨、ラッピング、サテン仕上げ、サンドブラスト、手作業による研磨、超音波洗浄、スチーム洗浄などの研磨技術を駆使して、さまざまな時計の美しさと魅力を細心の注意を払って復元する責任があります。細部への鋭い目、安定した手、そして高品質の時計の美しさを引き立てることへの情熱を持って業務にあたります。

CSL is one of the divisions of W&J SSC (Shared Service Centre), providing the servicesof Logistics, Before Sales Service (BSS), After Sales Service (ASS), and Order Taking of watch and jewelry products such as TAG Heuer, Hublot, Zenith, CHAUMET, Fred, Dior, imported from Headquarters in Switzerland, France , and Italy (Bulgari).

Main Responsibilities :

• Execute precision polishing techniques on watch cases, bracelets, and other components using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Work with a variety of materials, including stainless steel, gold, and other precious metals, ensuring the preservation of each material's unique characteristics.
• Support the operations of preparing cases for polishing / washing and conduct necessary quality control checks to ensure waterproofness of the case and that the piece is in working condition
• Collaborate with other watch technicians, spare parts specialist, and customer service to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
