Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to expand thepany's market reach.
  • Collaborate with partners to create and execute joint business plans.
  • Provide training and support to partners on thepany's products and services.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback and guidance.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure partner needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends andpetitive landscape.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing partner relationships.
  • Excellentmunication skills in both English and Japanese.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Passion for building and maintaining successful partnerships.
