What you will do

1) Ability to ensure restaurant’s standards, policies, and procedures with restaurant staff.

2) Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments; delegate work.

3) Ability to direct the performance of restaurant staff and follow up with corrections where needed.

4) Ability to motivate restaurant staff and maintain a cohesive team

5) Ability to ascertain restaurant training needs and provide such training

6) Ability to be a clear thinker, analyzes and resolve problems by exercising good judgment.

7) Ability to focus attention on details

8) Ability to suggestively sell menu items, beverages and wines.

9) In the absence of the Manager prepare revenue, covers, and payroll budgets and forecasts.

10) In the absence of the Manager plan and organize events and special promotions.

11) In the absence of the Manager input and measure labor management system(LMS) results

What you bring

3 years previous experience as Supervisor in Food & Beverage outlet.

College education or equivalent experience.

Previous employment experience in a similar position with other luxury Hotels will be an added advantage.

Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.

Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in Japanese and English languages.

Require a working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.

Positive attitude with a generous and uplifting team approach.

Ability to proactively anticipate and prioritize the needs of the guest.

Energetic and professional approach to his / her craft.
