KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ecommerce
  • In line with global strategy, working closely with line manager to develop yearly ecommerce strategy including execution and monitoring
  • In line with global online sales forecasts, plan and track regional online sales targets
  • Partner with HQ and local merchandising teams to ensure correct product assortment is represented online and timely replenishment is complete
  • Use retail and online insights to action and maintain local visual merchandising
  • In line with global trading calendar, plan and execute a regional trade calendar to support marketing activations, search trends and regional key moments
  • Manage editorial and product copy for website ensuring high quality and accuracy across the website
  • Bring innovative digital developments to on page functions
  • Lead and execute omni-channel projects
  • Collaborate with CRC team to drive online sales
  • Partner with retail to champion and deliver digital collaboration and drive sales
  • Lead reginal omni-channel projects
  • Support online wholesale to drive future growth of online channels
  • Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty
  • Develop and maintain customer data management systems to improve the accuracy and relevance of customer information
  • Analyse customer data to identify trends and insights that can be used to inform business strategies and initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns across multiple channels to increase customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Manage the implementation of customer retention programs, including loyalty programs, referrals, and other initiatives
  • Monitor customer feedback and develop strategies to address customer concerns and complaints
  • Develop and manage budgets for CRM initiatives and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends in customer relationship management and make recommendations for new initiatives
  • Digital Marketing
  • Create and execute a local digital marketing strategy with the objective of creating brand fans, new and young customers.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to strike a balance between global branding and local messaging on digital platforms.
  • Assist the Retail team with their efforts to engage with clients through digital channels.
  • Work closely with HQ to support with SEO / SEM planning and analysis
  • Partner with HQ to develop customer journeys and newsletter schedule
  • Take an active role in partner companies’ online content management, such as department store websites and social network initiatives, etc.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer relationship & Ecom management or related field
  • Previous experience managing a team of professionals
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and customer segmentation strategies
  • Preferably experience in the luxury retail.
  • Proficiency of PC skills (At minimum Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Business level English, fluent Japanese
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and client orientation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and related technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful CRM campaigns and initiatives.
