UCaaS Advisor (Tokyo Based)

What you can expect

We are seeking a Japan UCaaS Advisor to define, design and drive Zoom’s UCaaS selling strategies in the Japan market. There is an emphasis on Zoom Phone. You will be working with both existing and new customers. You will be providing customers with a UCaaS platform (Cloud PBX services), that meet their telephony and video needs. This role is based in Tokyo, Japan and will report to General Manager, Zoom Phone based in the US.

What we’re looking for

Product Sales (including SE support) experience in the PBX / telephone industry

Experience in identifying and driving the execution of tasks required for business expansion

Fluent in business level Japanese verbally / Business proficiency in English (Writing & Reading is highly required)

Experience in telecom carrier business (Sales / SE / Sales Planning)

Have knowledge of laws (Telecommunications Business Law, Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds) and identity verification (KYC and eKYC) related to the provision of telephone numbers and call forwarding services in the Japanese market.

Business Development / Marketing experience in On-Prem / Cloud PBX in large enterprise segment

PBX / 電話業界におけるProduct Sales (SE支援含む)のご経験
