- Deliver high level pre-sales technical support to our customers and sales teams on the VIAVI AMS portfolio : mobile network, service and customer assurance across all network technologies and associated services.
- In conjunction with Sales, to be accountable for the Japan AMS bookings number of the related product portfolio.
- Understand how VIAVI products are deployed and used in the account(s), the various technical and strategic drivers behind each deployment throughout the lifecycle by ensuring regular contact with installed base customers to confirm that ongoing value is being realized.
- Facilitate customer feedback to the AMS Business Unit (Product Line / R&D) in order to ensure our soutions continue to meet customer demands.
- Self-motivated in penetrating opportunities and accounts for sales enablement
- Measure progress, gaps and recovery actions when needed.
