We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager for our client's growing team in Japan.
Requirements
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by generating and managing a pipeline of enterprise accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand and address their needs.
- Collaborate with third-party advisors (real estate specialists, consultants, etc.) to uncover sales opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, workshops, and networking opportunities.
- Partner with Operations and Sales teams across regions to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Provide feedback to enhance solutions and improve customer service.
Candidate Requirements
Proven B2B sales and business development experience, preferably in solutions or services.Proficiency in Japanese and English (spoken and written).Strong ability to design tailored product offerings and contracts.Familiarity with corporate decision-making and business case development.Preferred experience in corporate real estate or consulting.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at the executive level.Availability for domestic travel.
