What are we looking for
At Cosentino () we are looking for a Builder Sales Manager to cover Japan, who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of.
As a Builder Sales Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing for assigned accounts. Actively solicits the participation and involvement of Cosentino sales personnel which have made a positive impact on the profitable sales growth within the designated accounts.
You will serve as our client’s main point of contact, helping them to reach their goals and ensuring a continued, positive and profitable relationship for both sides.
What you will do
In order to be a successful Account Manager with us you will work with different segments :
Sales
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales of stone surfacing products within a given territory into the new home construction market
- Develop, establish, and grow relationships with all targeted builder accounts by cold calling, scheduling appointments, and meeting with potential and existing builders, their purchasing agents, designers and sales teams in order to secure long term business relationships
- Diversify product selections and drive demand with Regional Builders for Bath Collection, Tiles, Flooring and Shower Kits
- Calling on and meeting with Builders 85% of the time and Fabricators 15% of the time.
Spend 85% of your time with Builders, on job sites, corporate headquarters driving demand and securing new opportunities
Verify all rebate requests for Builders on this program.Attend the HBA Chapter events, strengthening our builder network.Develop relationships with PM and job site superintendents to strengthen partnerships.Review Builder Pricing platform with fabricators quarterly and pull pricing if not beingUsed for true builder opportunities you can measure.
Customer Service
Establish builder profiles with key contacts by prioritizing activities to obtain, recapture and retain their businessCommunicate product features and their influence within each accountCollaborate with local, regional and national peers to assure highest level of segment penetration and customer satisfactionContinuously liaising between the company, the builder, and the fabricators for up-to-date conditions on pricing, services and latest product releases, and introductionsBusiness Intelligence
Prepare action plans to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.Work with General Manager and Sales Team to execute business strategy for all customer segments in the area.Assist in the development of the annual sales and marketing plan for the segment within assigned territoryEvaluate and negotiate point of sale positioning in model homes, design centers, and showroomsMaintain accurate relationship, product placement & project details with updated developments within project management database (Sales Force CRM)What you need to succeed
Professional Experience
Required :
4+ years of sales experience in the builder industry2+ years of proven capacity to interact with multiple levels within all faces with commercial industry projects1+ year of business developmentDesired :
Stone fabrication or distribution experienceExperience with Customer database, Salesforce preferred.Knowledge
