Hybrid work from certain locations may be permitted in accordance with Astellas’ Responsible Flexibility Guidelines. 【応募要件 / Qualifications】 <必須 / Required> -Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, including roles in Market Access, Marketing, Sales, Government Affairs, or Healthcare Policy -Strong knowledge of national pharmaceutical policies and regulations, with a solid understanding of the operational processes within relevant government bodies and commercial organizations -Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, healthcare providers, and commercial partners -Proven track record of effective cross-functional collaboration with internal teams -Native-level fluency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English (written and verbal) -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent <歓迎 / Preferred> -Direct experience in Market Access or relevant area such as Marketing, Sales, Government Affairs and Healthcare Policy -Hands-on experience engaging with MHLW, local governments, or medical societies -Experience in building collaborative frameworks for regional healthcare integration and team-based care -Advanced degree such as MBA, MPH, or other relevant master’s degrees -Experience working in a global organization or in collaboration with global teams
