• NodeJSを用いた高品質なバックエンドシステムの開発（ベストプラクティスの遵守）
• ReactJS／NextJSを用いた高品質なフロントエンドアプリケーションの開発（ベストプラクティスの遵守）
• ITまたは関連分野の学士号（アルゴリズムとデータ構造の確かな基礎を有すること）
• 3年以上の実務経験
• NodeJS、NestJS、ExpressJS、GraphQL、Postmanなどのバックエンド開発技術に精通
• ReactJS、NextJS、Styled-componentsなどのフロントエンド開発技術に精通
• MongoDBおよびMySQLなどのデータベース管理経験
• Selenium、Cypress、Puppeteerなどを用いた自動化ワークフローに関する知識
• GCP／AWSなどのクラウドサービスおよびIaC（Infrastructure as Code）の実践経験
• UI / UXデザインの経験
• TDD（テスト駆動開発）またはBDD（振る舞い駆動開発）の経験
• PugやSlimなどのWebテンプレート言語の経験
