Role Summary

This position focuses on handling Attraction Products at Klook, such as tickets for entertainment venues. The mission is to bring excitement to our customers by developing products and businesses for both global and local users.

What you’ll do

Sales Planning and Execution : Create and deliver compelling sales pitches to existing merchants, driving engagement and retention. Leverage Klook's advantages to build out competitive supply products. Negotiate with merchants to drive growth (promotions, marketing exposure, supply strength, partner programs, etc) and achieve business objectives.

Merchant Communication and Strategy : Maintain regular communication with existing merchants, conduct business reviews, opportunity identification and updates with merchants on a routine basis.

Partner Engagement and Relationship Management : Build trust and relationships with partners to enhance their sales potential across Klook's platforms, effectively conveying Klook's strengths and brand value while proactively understanding merchants' business situations and requirements. "

Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate closely with various internal functions (e.g., marketing, supplier operations, customer service, finance) to maximize sales, ensure alignment, enhance operational efficiency, drive customer satisfaction and repeat business, and ensure accurate payment processing and risk mitigation.

Destination / Vertical Ownership : Effectively manage a designated destination and / or vertical by gathering key insights, establishing relationships with key stakeholders, and representing Klook within the destination / vertical.

What you’ll need

At least 7 years of work experience with 3 years of OTA or e-commerce experience.

Comfortable with change, we’re growing and want you to grow with us

A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently

Strong commercial sense, as well as solid analytical, written and verbal communication skills

Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented personality

Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds and in different time zones

Fluent written and spoken in English and Japanese
