- Agile Participation : Actively engage in Agile practices such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's Agile processes.
- Software Development : Design, code, test, and debug software applications according to user stories and acceptance criteria defined in sprint planning. Ensure code quality and maintainability by adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration : Work closely with product owners to understand the product backlog and help prioritize work. Collaborate with team members to solve technical challenges and ensure a cohesive solution.
- Testing and Quality Assurance : Write and execute unit tests, participate in peer code reviews, and contribute to automated testing efforts to ensure high-quality software releases. Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI / CD) : Contribute to the CI / CD pipeline for automated building, testing, and deployment of applications. Embrace a "build it, run it, own it" mentality for all software developed.
- Technical Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for software design, development processes, and user guides to ensure knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.

This position is remote and will be based in Japan. 【応募要件 / Qualifications】 <必須 / Required>Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (or equivalent experience.Minimum 3 years of information technology industry experience, with 3 years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform and technologies.ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)Hands-on experience supporting and developing ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM & CMDB, and Service Catalogs.Hands-on experience with Virtual Agents, Flow Designer, Service Portal, ATF, MID Server, integrating ServiceNow with external systems, etc.Experienced in Creating custom Tables, workspaces, fields and sections, Form configuration, Business Rule, Client Scripts, Script Include, Workflows, Catalog Items, Import sets, Transform Maps, Reports, Home pages, Content type, Macros, UI Pages, UI Actions, UI Policies, Access control list, Roles, Groups, UsersServiceNow Portal development for streamlined experience.Proficiency in troubleshooting, identifying, and developing automated solutions, code fixes, code deployment and performance tuning for multiple ServiceNow environments, including Production.Working in a team to develop, execute and provide ongoing operational support for CI / CD pipeline.Adept in managing technical service issues to resolution and a busy backlog of enhancement and automation requests.To provide technical evaluation and estimate delivery planning of demands.Assessing architecture and solution designs to support stakeholder objectives, including alignment with ServiceNow implementation best practices, and staying OOTB.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Confident and able to multi-task and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.Demonstrable experience in Agile methodology and mindset.Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks <歓迎 / Preferred>ServiceNow Mainline certifications across multiple ServiceNow products.Experience with AutomatePro (or another testing tool) with ServiceNow.Leverage AI technologies to optimize workflows, improve decision-making, and enhance user experiences within ServiceNow.
