DUTIES
Provide general and administrative support to the Financial Controller and assist the Assistant Financial Controller in executing all administrative requirements in the Finance Division
Responsibilities :
Policy and Document Management : Maintain and regularly update Finance Policies and contracts, ensuring all relevant documents in the Financial Controllers Office are well-organized and up to date. Take meeting minutes and provide translation and interpretation services between Japanese and English.
Interpersonal and Communication Skills : Respond promptly and professionally to all stakeholder inquiries and provide department orientation and introductions for all new Finance employees.
Confidentiality : Handle all sensitive and confidential matters with the utmost care and discretion.
Time Management : Ensure the timely submission of all reports to hotel management, the corporate office, and any external parties.

Japanese native with oral and written proficiency in English and Japanese
Minimum 2 years as secretarial position.
2年のセクレタリー経験
At least one year of work experience in hotel operation.

Computer literacy in MS Office.
