Internal Communication & Regional Project Senior Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Internal / External Communication

The presence of an internal communication professional within the region has the purpose to enable all colleagues to connect within the regional objectives and strategy, whilst enabling them to feel connected to the wider Richemont and Maison family.

• Lead comprehensive regional communications strategy, planning and execution, and budget management.
• Provide leadership in internal communication with Regional CEO and ExCo.
• Develop strategic messaging (per Corporate Function / Maison) including Crisis for internal / external audiences.
• Be the key liaison for global communication and champion of our communication tools for all audiences : live interactions, digital and print materials.
• Develop and execute seasonal events and townhalls.
• Work with the Sustainability team to support wellbeing activities and local engagement initiatives from a communication perspective.
• Act as market / regional communication advisor.
• Event / Townhall

Regional Project Office Management

You will be responsible for the management of the Regional Project Office. Constantly collaborate in the region and with other regions, lead entire team and projects with maximizing resources to accomplish the Regional Project Office mission.
