Amazonビジネス事業本部は、企業・法人・公共セクターのお客様がAmazonを企業購買・調達の仕組みとして利用しやすくするための様々なソリューションを開発・提供しています。このうち、Strategic Sales Team(戦略営業統括本部) は日本の超大手法人企業(年商5,000億円以上)のお客様にフォーカスした営業組織であり、Category Adoption Manager (CAM) はStrategic Sales(アカウント営業)と連携して、法人顧客の購買ニーズや課題を把握し、社内外のステークホルダーと連携しながら必要なソリューションを創出し、顧客のAmazon Businessの利用を促進します。

Key job responsibilities

Amazon Businessの新規・既存のお客様に対して、購買データの分析やヒアリングを通じて、お客様の購買状況の理解と課題の特定を行います。そして、特定されたお客様の課題に対し、Amazon Businessを活用したSolution (価格面や商品ラインナップの多様さなどがもたらす経営への影響について)をご提供する、コンサルテーションを行います。また、ご提案内容をExecutionに移す責任も担い、営業・商品管理・カテゴリー管理・リーダー層などのAmazon社内の様々なチームと密接に連携し、お客様のニーズや要件を基にお客様に対するSolutionの推進を行います。

1日の例:

  • Aとリモート会議で打ち合わせ、Amazon Business 全社利用開始後のご利用状況・分析結果について報告。
  • Bにご提案予定の商品Cについて、社内Retail部門のVendor Manager(Buyer)と打ち合わせ。在庫状況などを確認。
  • Business Intelligence teamとデータ分析の方針について協議
  • Dと対面で打ち合わせ、Amazon Business がご提供可能な分析サービスについて、分析前の事前説明、期待値のすり合わせ。
