Position
- As a member of the technical sales team, you will visit customers together with the sales team and perform the following tasks.
- The role will involve visiting customers with the sales team to provide technical presentations to explain how our products and services meet specifications and are cost-effective for the customer's system requirements.
- Provide technical support based on an understanding of the customer's needs and assist in resolving customer issues.
Establish and maintain relationships with customer top management and technical managers.
Requirements
Essential requirements]
Bachelor's degree (engineering) from a four-year college or university (or equivalent accreditation)Air conditioning and refrigeration circuit designer (at least 3 years of experience)Control system engineer (at least 3 years of experience) who can design and propose energy conservation through energy management.Engineer from a subcontractor with experience in construction management (at least 3 years of experience in one occupation)Oral and written communication in Japanese (& English) is a must.Recommended requirements]
Familiarity with fluid dynamics is required to speak with customers in the refrigeration and HVAC industry, but learning opportunities will be provided.Other requirements include the ability to problem solve, logical thinking, self-starter, multitasker, basic technical skills, willingness and aptitude to expand your skills and increase your knowledge is a plus.We are looking for motivated individuals who we can grow with, so we will interview you even if you do not meet all the essential requirements.Other information
