Sales Assistant - Financial Services
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant for our client in the finance industry, based in Tokyo.
This role is a chance to use your language skills and work in the fast-paced financial world. You'll learn a lot and help the company promote global financial access. The job offers a good work-life balance and opportunities for career growth.
Main Duties :
- Manage calendars, set up meetings, and handle invoices and expenses.
- Arrange courier services, get documents signed, and plan events, including trips and company gatherings.
- Help with visa applications when needed.
- Prepare documents for group companies and investors, manage due diligence, and ensure compliance with vendor KYC requirements.
- Assist the Office Manager in keeping the office running smoothly, answer questions, and aid team communication.
