Visitor Experinceはスタジオツアーに参加するゲストのチケット予約から当日のスタジオツアー、ひいてはそれに伴うカスタマーサービスに至るまで、全てのゲストサービスを統括する部門です。

Show Experienceは主にスタジオ内のゲストに対して、ゲストのニーズを把握し、ホスピタリティ溢れるサービスの提供を行うチームです。

Qualifications & Experiences...

SEマネージャーのサポートにより、チーム全体にWBSTTポリシーに基づいた規律を受け入れ、浸透させる意欲のある方。

5名以上のチームマネジメント経験

Microsoft Office Suiteが使用可能であれば、なお可。

37.5時間が目安／最大週40時間）

1ヵ月ごとのシフトを作成
