Position Name : Cisco Technical Support Engineer Ibaraki Job

Annual Salary : 10 Million and above

Responsibilities :

You will assist with problem resolution and troubleshooting of Cisco network equipment deployed in the following enterprise customer networks :

Router
Network Switches
UCS Server
Call Manager
Voice Gateways
Firewall
Wireless access points etc.

Achieve response time and customer satisfaction goals

Continuously improve your industry knowledge

Help create and maintain knowledge databases

explaining technical solutions to stakeholders

develop ideas to improve your product offerings

Get CCIE professional certification Provide training to associate level engineers as a team leader.

Cisco Technical Support Engineer Ibaraki Job Qualifications :

5-8 years of network support or deployment experience

Expertise in at least two of the following technical areas :

Security

Network Switch

Routing

Wireless Network

High technical ability and aptitude

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Team-oriented attitude

Language Requirements : Native-level Japanese with Business English conversation.
