Position Name :  Cisco Technical Support Engineer Ibaraki Job

Annual Salary : 10 Million and above

Responsibilities :

You will assist with problem resolution and troubleshooting of Cisco network equipment deployed in the following enterprise customer networks :

  • Router
  • Network Switches
  • UCS Server
  • Call Manager
  • Voice Gateways
  • Firewall
  • Wireless access points etc.

  • If a customer raises a severity 3 service request, we will respond within the contractual time frame.
  • Achieve response time and customer satisfaction goals
  • Continuously improve your industry knowledge
  • Help create and maintain knowledge databases
  • explaining technical solutions to stakeholders
  • develop ideas to improve your product offerings
  • Get CCIE professional certification Provide training to associate level engineers as a team leader.
  • Cisco Technical Support Engineer Ibaraki Job Qualifications :

  • 5-8 years of network support or deployment experience
  • Expertise in at least two of the following technical areas :
  • Security
  • Network Switch
  • Routing
  • Wireless Network
  • High technical ability and aptitude
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Language Requirements : Native-level Japanese with Business English conversation.
