Role Description

This is a remote role for a Japanese OPI / VRI Interpreter at AsiaLocalize. The Interpreter will be responsible for providing accurate and culturally appropriate interpretation services during OPI / VRI sessions. They will ensure clear communication between parties and uphold confidentiality and professionalism throughout each session.

Responsibilities :

• Provide accurate and clear interpretation of verbal communication between Japanese-speaking patients and healthcare providers.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to privacy standards such as HIPAA.
• Accurately interpret complex medical terminology in both languages.
• Facilitate communication and ensure understanding between healthcare professionals and patients, ensuring cultural sensitivity.
