Duties
- Conduct product demos, showcasing both standard and customised demonstrations to highlight specific functionalities
- Deliver presentations, providing detailed technical and functional insights to ensure a thorough understanding of Vault from both technical and business viewpoints
- Facilitate solution architecture workshops, aligning our solutions with the client's strategic objectives through Target State Solution Architecture Workshops
- Lead solution workshops, defining the final solution and identifying product and configuration gaps during Vault Solution Workshops
- Gather and analyse market insights from interactions with prospective and current customers to spot trends and contribute to market intelligence
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders from prospective and current customers
- Respond to requests for information (RFI) and requests for proposal (RFP) promptly and accurately
- Develop tailored proposals to meet the unique needs of individual prospective clients
- Demonstrate a keen understanding of enterprise software licensing models and banking procurement processes
Requirements
Essential
Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and related services and technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, Apache Kafka, RDBMS)Expertise in component configuration and operations using command line tools (e.g., kubectl, kafkacat) and general UNIXDeep understanding of cloud infrastructure and large-scale distributed software applications, including architectural trade-offs across various deployment environmentsStrong knowledge of current technology trends in banking and fintech, showcasing thought leadership in the fieldExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skillsProven ability to lead client engagements and workshops effectivelyExperience in fintech, vendor, or consultancy with extensive client-facing rolesFamiliarity with Enterprise / Solution Architecture, especially in retail banking, core banking, and paymentsExperience with development teams and solution architecture, with knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Understanding of pricing models and the commercial aspects of the sales processDemonstrated experience in pre-sales activities within a sales environmentExperience in large, mission-critical product implementations for financial institutions from the vendor sideTraits We Value :
